The fee schedule is as follows: $20.00 for litter application plus $5.00 per pup. The Paypal menu below starts at 1 puppy ($5) plus one Litter Registration ($20) = $25. For example, if you have 5 puppies, you would choose Option 5 (at $20 per litter plus $5 per puppy = $45)

Breeders must always email or snail-mail their completed Litter Registration and Placement Forms to the NSBR in order for us to enter your Data for Registration. Please use the Paypal option below to pay for your Litter Registrations online AS A CONVENIENCE. You may also pay by check if you prefer. Check payment details are located on the forms.

For Buyers to do in order to recieve a Temporary Registration Certificate for your Puppy

Upon recieving your Blue Paper (Application for Temporary Registration) from your breeder, email or snail-mail your completed Blue Paper with a payment of $20 to the NSBR to recieve your Temporary Registration Certificate. You may use this Paypal link to expedite the process, however you must email a scan of your Blue Paper directly after processing your Paypal payment. Please use this address for emailing your Blue Paper: registration@shilohregistry.com

Requirements for Permanent Registration of an Adult or Breedable Dog

1) Current NSBR Temporary Registration Certificate, (TSSR, ISSR, NKC certificates may also be accepted upon review)

2) DNA Proof of Parentage of the Applicant: Download DNA Submission Form PDF (or) Download DNA Submission Form Word Doc (or) order your DNA Kit ONLINE

3) Clear copy of Passing ADULT Hip Certification i.e PennHip over 12 months, OFA Permanent (no pre-lims) at 24 months or over, OVC Permanent at 18 months or over

4) Completed Dominant and Recessive Faults and Virtues Form: Download Front Page PDF & Download Back Page PDF (or) Download Front Page Word Doc & Download Back Page Word Doc

5) Completed Height/Weight Verification Form: Download PDF (or) Download Word Doc

6) Four Clear Pictures of the Dog Standing: Left Side, Right Side, Front and Rear (no polaroids).

7) Clear copy of any additional certification, ie CGC, CGN, TT, ATT, TDI, Herding, Tracking, etc...plus any Conformation Championships

8) Microchip or Tattoo registration certificate as proof of identification

9) Your payment of $20 per dog for a Permanent NSBR Registration Certificate

All documents must either be emailed or snail-mailed to the NSBR along with your payment of $20 in order for us to begin processing your data and issuing your Permanent Registration Certificate. We offer this Paypal link to expedite the Permanent Registration process, however you must email scans of all necessary documents directly after processing your Paypal payment.
